Our Not-So-Scary Return Policy

No restocking fee. No weird hoops to jump through. If you bought something at regular price and it’s not quite right, you’ve got 14 days from the date of purchase to send it back. Just get in touch with us first for a valid Return Authorization (R/A) number.

Sale or discounted item? You’ve still got 14 days, but returns will be for store credit or exchange only. We know... the sale section is irresistible. We’ll still help you out.

Shipping Fees (AKA, The Reality of Couriers)

We’d love to say shipping is on us, but we work with third-party carriers who charge real money to get your gear to you.

  • Original shipping costs will be deducted from your refund. If it’s an exchange, we’ll cover that part.
  • Return shipping is up to you. The price depends on how big the package is and where it’s coming from.

Price Adjustments

If something you just bought goes on sale within 14 days, we’ll give you a store credit for the difference. No exceptions, no debates, just credit.

What We Need for a Return

To keep things running smoothly, please follow these steps:

  • Ship the item back to us within 14 days of your purchase.
  • It needs to be brand new and unused—not tried out, not worn around the house, not used to shovel snow.
  • Include a copy of your receipt.
  • Contact us first to get an R/A number. Once you have it, write it clearly on the package so we know what it’s for.

Warranty

We stand behind everything we sell. If something’s off, we’ll help make it right.

Most gear is covered by the manufacturer’s warranty for about one year from the date of purchase. That usually means defects in materials or workmanship. Stuff that’s broken from regular use or, let’s be honest, that one rough landing, probably isn’t covered.

You’ll be responsible for any shipping costs when dealing with a warranty issue.

If It’s Not Covered, We’re Still Here

Not every issue fits neatly into a warranty policy, but if your gear is damaged and repairable, we can usually help. Get in touch and we’ll walk you through the options and costs.
