Sanction Skate & Snow makes every effort to keep our customers happy, and we stand 100% behind every product we sell. Depending on the problem, we will do what ever it takes to fix your issue.

All equipment on this web site are covered by the manufacturer's warranties. In general, snowboard and skateboard equipment is covered against manufacturer's defects for a period of one year from the time of purchase. Equipment that has been damaged from use and wear and tear is usually not covered under warranty. The customer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with warranties.

Sanction is happy to offer repairs on damaged equipment that is not covered under warranty please contact us to find out pricing and details on damaged goods.

Ground shipments within Canada usually take about 4 to 5 business days from the day they leave our store but they could take as long as 10 days to BC, NF or very rural locations. Please allow 3 days to process your order. We can not guarantee that your shipment will arrive on any exact date. If you need your order before Christmas, please make sure you place it before December 15th. Please note that we will do everything in our power to get you your shipment on time, but, we cannot guarantee any particular shipping dates.
